Veidekke ASA: To build commercial building in Sola

30. April 2014 The Veidekke company Block Berge Bygg AS has been awarded the contract by Ringholm 1 AS to build a combined building consisting of office and workshop for tenant Expro Norway AS. This is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 150 million, excluding VAT. The new commercial building will be located in Risavika in Sola municipality. The building will have a total area of around 9,800 m² shared between a three storey office building and a workshop building. The project is a cooperative effort between the client, Bygg-Kon AS and Block Berge Bygg. The building will constructed with load-bearing concrete element façades in painted and mini- retarded concrete.
